1. Your request
If you asked Meta to delete your data, Meta shows you a confirmation code that links back to this page. Each such request deletes the connection right away, as described below.
2. Deleting one connected account
In Hypecut, open Settings → Connections, choose the account (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X or Discord) and pick Disconnect. That deletes the account’s tokens and details from our database right away, and what Hypecut learned from your posts there. The record of where your videos were posted stays with your clips until you delete them or your account.
3. From Instagram or Facebook
- Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites, then remove Hypecut.
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, then remove Hypecut. To have the data deleted too, choose to send a deletion request.
Meta tells us when you remove Hypecut, and we stop using the connection at once. When you send a deletion request, we delete the connection and give Meta a confirmation code for you.
4. Deleting your whole account
In Hypecut, open Settings and choose Delete account. That cancels your subscription and permanently deletes your account, channels, moments, every video Hypecut made for you and every connection. Stripe keeps its records of your payments, as the law requires.
5. Contact us
Email support@hypecut.stream and we’ll delete what you ask, within the time the law requires (generally 30 days). VinciX LLC runs Hypecut.
